Harbin OC will establish two international broadcast centers. The two international broadcast centers, namely the Main IBC in Harbin and the Sub-IBC at Yabuli Ski Resort, will serve Harbin 24th Winter Universiade. Optical fiber is applied to realize signal transmission between the Main IBC and the Sub-IBC, as well as between the Main IBC and the competition venues in downtown Harbin.
